1. Standard Roller Ironer — High-Speed Standard Finishing: designed for everyday commercial laundry processing, extremely adaptable in gas, electric, and steam heating configurations with 1, 2, 3, or 4 roller builds to match throughput. At its core are massive 800 mm diameter SS rollers in 3000 mm and 3300 mm lengths, with durable cotton belts and stainless steel small rollers. The fabric passes through touching one side of the roller — direct-contact ironing that instantly drives out moisture and delivers a remarkably smooth finish, perfect for standard hotel linens and hospital flatwork.

2. Premium Chest Ironer — The Ultimate Flawless Finish: when clients demand absolute perfection. Operating exclusively on dedicated steam heating for unparalleled thermal consistency, this machine replaces contact ironing with a massive, heavy chest of steam. The primary 800 mm roller (3000 / 3300 mm) is heavily spring-padded and wrapped in high-temperature Nomex belts; as the linen is pulled through, it's pressed firmly against the heated chest, ensuring it's compressed on both sides for a stiff, crisp, brilliantly glossy premium finish worthy of the highest-tier luxury hotels.

3. New Type Zig Zag Machine — Innovative Dual-Sided Processing: the cutting edge of laundry finishing. Available in massive 4 and 6 roller configurations using highly efficient 600 mm diameter rollers (3000 / 3300 mm). The rollers are ingeniously positioned in a zig-zag formation — as the linen travels through, the path forces the fabric to touch the heated rollers on one side, and then the other side. This sequential, dual-sided thermal contact guarantees rapid moisture removal and a perfectly even, wrinkle-free finish on both sides of the sheet.
