1400 mm Single Belt — Zero Joint Lines: the standout feature. Traditional ironing machines often use seamed belts or multiple narrower bands, which imprint unsightly joint lines or creases across the width of a delicate silk saree. Our seamless, single-belt architecture completely avoids these joint lines — whether you're rolling a long saree, a traditional dhoti, or a flat bed sheet, the fabric glides through with uniform pressure for a flawless, edge-to-edge finish.

Dual-Purpose SS Tank — Starch or Water Spray: an inbuilt Stainless Steel liquid tank with a precision spray nozzle gives operators flexibility per garment. Fill with liquid starch for a razor-sharp, stiff finish on dhotis and heavy cotton sarees; fill with clean water for silks and standard flatwork — the moisture is absorbed by the fibers, relaxing them, and as the damp fabric hits the heated roller it evaporates, letting delicate silks, napkins, and single sheets glide on a film of steam for particularly smooth, glossy, dry results without making the fabric stiff.

400 mm SS Roller, Intelligent VFD & Gearbox Control: a heavy-duty 400 mm diameter SS roller at the core provides a massive contact area for intense, perfectly distributed thermal pressure. The drive system pairs a robust heavy-duty gearbox with advanced VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) technology for seamless, adjustable speed control to match the fabric type. The system is governed by a reliable PCB board for precise temperature monitoring, with an integrated cloth tray catching finished items so your beautifully polished sarees never touch the floor.
