The operator simply hangs the garment, pulls the poly film down over the attire, and activates the sealing mechanism. The machine utilizes a high-temperature integrated heater wire to instantly cut and simultaneously seal the plastic along the angled profile of the hanger. This creates a pristine, custom-length dust cover that protects the garment from moisture, dirt, and transit handling while keeping the natural drape of the fabric intact.

The Manual Model is the perfect, cost-effective solution for boutique dry cleaners and standard valet services—the operator simply pulls down the sealing arm to engage the heater and cut the bag. The Pneumatic Model is engineered for high-volume commercial dispatch zones; powered by compressed air cylinders, the heavy-duty sealing bar is activated via a simple foot pedal or push button, drastically speeding up the bagging process during peak shifts.
