Designed to sit perfectly inline in front of your flat-work ironer cum dryer, this heavy-duty machine replaces manual pulling with advanced aerodynamic control. As the operator places the leading edge of the linen onto the feeding table, a high-power vacuum suction system instantly engages — a powerful downward airflow securely grips the fabric against the feeding belts, perfectly tensioning and spreading the sheet outward so the linen enters the ironer completely straight, perfectly taut, and free of dog-ears or leading-edge wrinkles.

New 3300 mm Bed Sheet Folder — Precision Air-Type Folding: designed to integrate seamlessly right after your flatwork ironer, with a massive 3300 mm working width that easily accommodates oversized king sheets, duvet covers, and expansive banquet linens. The machine uses a sophisticated five-fold air type mechanism: instead of relying solely on heavy mechanical blades that can jam or wear down fabric, it uses perfectly timed, high-pressure pneumatic air blasts to create up to five distinct, razor-sharp folds — frictionless, perfect alignment on every sheet. Available in Normal Speed for standard commercial laundries and High-Speed for high-RPM ironing lines in massive 24/7 plants.
New Premium Towel Folder — Perfect Terry Processing: because terry cloth and bath linens bypass the ironer entirely straight from the tumble dryer, they need dedicated automation. The StarFish Premium Bed Sheet Stacker is the ultimate end-of-line solution — engineered to seamlessly connect with our high-speed ironing and folding machines, it automatically gathers, counts, and discharges perfect stacks of linens, completely eliminating manual handling at the end of your production line.
Designed to integrate directly behind the 3300 mm Bed Sheet Folder, the stacker operates in perfect mechanical harmony with your existing line. As folded sheets exit the folder, they glide onto the stacker's receiving platform; operators input their exact batch requirements into the advanced control panel and the machine's intelligent sensors accurately count incoming sheets, building a perfectly aligned, square stack to specification (e.g. stacks of 5, 10, or 15 sheets).
Once the pre-set count is reached, the stacker automatically activates its heavy-duty discharge conveyor. The pristine stack is swiftly rolled onto a final delivery belt, ready for immediate shrink-wrapping, storage, or dispatch — your flatwork line runs continuously at maximum RPM without stopping for manual clearing, guaranteeing the highest possible daily throughput.
