The StarFish Standard Class Carpet Washing & Squeezing Machine series is engineered to completely automate the deep cleaning and rapid drying process. Built for massive daily volumes, both the washing and squeezing units are available in generous 3200 mm and 4200 mm lengths, allowing you to process the heaviest commercial carpets and delicate oriental rugs with absolute precision.
The first stage of the StarFish Standard Class system tackles embedded dirt and deep-set stains. Available in both 3200 mm and 4200 mm working widths, the automated washing machine applies precise chemical dosing and deep mechanical brushing across the entire span of the rug. This ensures that every layer of the carpet fiber is evenly agitated and thoroughly rinsed, lifting years of accumulated soil without damaging the underlying weave or delicate fringe, all while operating at highly efficient standard class utility consumption.
Once washed, the completely saturated carpet is rolled and loaded into the Carpet Squeezing Machine (Centrifuge). Matching the washing unit, this heavy-duty extractor is also manufactured in massive 3200 mm and 4200 mm lengths. Powered by an advanced standard drive system, the heavy-duty Stainless Steel (SS) inner drum spins at incredible RPMs. This powerful centrifugal force instantly extracts up to 95% of the water in just a few minutes.
By removing the moisture so rapidly, the StarFish Squeezing Machine prevents dyes from bleeding, completely eliminates the risk of mildew or foul odors, and drastically reduces the final hanging time, allowing your plant to process and dispatch more rugs every single shift.
